Getting around campus

Business needs

  • Office of Procurement Services: Responsible for all procurement, vendor payment, travel and reimbursement activities (except for VCU Health-funded activities)

Employee organizations

  • Faculty Senate: Made up of faculty representatives from each school
  • Staff Senate: Staff representatives from across the university who advocate and inform staff and provide professional development opportunities
  • University Council: Serves to aid communication and understanding among the faculty, staff, students and administration, and helps the president develop and evaluate university programs and policies
  • Retired Faculty Council: Provides a way for retired faculty to stay in touch with VCU and to remain involved in university affairs
