  • eLearning: Home of Blackboard and other online learning tools
  • Class registration: Register for classes by logging into eServices

  • Email: myVCUmail is VCU’s implementation of Gmail for students
  • myVCU: Personal, customizable, online portal that provides access to Blackboard, email, VCUCard, events calendar, library record and more

Getting around campus

  • Maps and directions: Campus maps, as well as information and photos of each building
  • RamRide: Free shuttle service between and around campuses for faculty, staff and students
  • RamSafe: Free transportation to on-campus locations and nearby residences and buildings within defined boundaries between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  • Parking: Information on VCU’s parking decks and other facilities

Health and safety

  • Annual Security and Fire Safety Report: Safety guide produced by VCU Police that provides crime and fire statistics
  • Counseling services: Provides students with mental health care via appointments Monday through Friday
  • Emergency preparedness: Tips for how to stay safe in a variety of emergency situations
  • Health services: Clinics for students on both campuses that provide high-quality outpatient medical services, pharmacy services, after-hours phone consultation and more

  • fixIT: VCU’s in-house computer repair shop, located in the RamTech store
  • IT Support Center: Offers 24/7 phone support, live chat and online help request submission, as well as walk-in support during certain hours
  • RamTech: VCU’s computer store located on the Monroe Park Campus

Just for graduate students

  • Graduate School: Provides resources to graduate students and assists schools and departments with administration of graduate programs
  • Graduate classifieds: Free place for graduate students to post ads for roommates, jobs, items for sale, etc.
  • Graduate Student Association: Advocates for graduate students and sponsors events

Just for international students

  • English Language Program: Helps international students learn English in condensed programs based on experience level
  • Global Café: Casual event held several times a semester where students, staff and community visitors come together to mingle, learn about a featured culture, contribute ideas and discuss upcoming semester activities
  • Global Education Office: A one-stop shop where international students can find services such as immigration, housing and financial assistance
