Spring break visits 2019
Are you planning to visit Virginia Commonwealth University during your high school spring break? If so, please review this page to learn more about special information sessions that will be offered and how you can register to attend.
Register to visit VCU
We ask prospective students to register online if they plan to visit VCU during their high school spring break. We are hosting extra information sessions for both prospective and admitted students during the most common weeks of high school spring break — April 1-5 and April 15-19 for this year.
During these weeks, VCU will host morning and afternoon information sessions for prospective students at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Welcome Center and the University Student Commons. Students who have already applied or been admitted to VCU can attend a special information session about next steps to becoming a VCU student — those will begin at 11:15 a.m. in the Commons, except on April 4, April 5 and April 19 where they will take place in the Welcome Center.
Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive on campus 30-45 minutes before their selected session.
Guided walking tours of the Monroe Park Campus will be offered after each information session and will last approximately one hour. The tour does not include a visit to a residence hall, but information about each hall, including general descriptions and floor plans, can be found online.
For questions about visiting VCU, contact the Office of Admissions at (804) 828-1222, (800) 841-3638 or email@example.com.
