Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily suspended on-campus department visits.

James Branch Cabell Library: Although our facilities are temporarily closed, you can visit go.vcu.edu/library-classes for a list of upcoming online events and open workshops.

School of the Arts: Explore our arts facilities online or view a 360° VCUarts tours on Google. For more information, call (804) VCU-ARTS.

School of Business: Take a virtual visit with us via Google Hangouts. Email us at ugbrecruit@vcu.edu to schedule it.

School of Pharmacy: Prospective Pharm.D. students are encouraged to schedule a one-on-one virtual appointment with our Assistant Director for Recruitment and Pipeline Programs. Scheduling a recruitment advising appointment provides the opportunity to clarify any questions you may have about the application process in regards to transcripts, recommendation letters, etc. Each meeting is tailored to meet the needs of the student and is no longer than 30 minutes. Recruitment advising appointments are for college-level students interested in applying to the Pharm.D. program.

VCU Honors College: Join us on Zoom for group information sessions for both accepted and prospective students. We also offer individual virtual visits by appointment. Register for an information session or one-on-one online visit. Have a question? Contact us at (804) 828-1803 or honors@vcu.edu.

Graduate sessions

Specialized graduate study info sessions and tours are available by appointment only. To make an appointment, email gradmail@vcu.edu with the date you’d like to visit, the graduate program you are interested in, your phone number and your email address. You will receive an email confirmation with more information.

Group visits and special requests

Visiting with a party of 10 or more? Request a special group visit by filling out the reservation form. Reservations are not finalized until you receive a confirmation email. If you have questions about your reservation, email grouptours@vcu.edu.

Please note that group visits are not available during high school spring breaks due to an increased volume of visitors.
