TPL Absent Parent Inquiry/Update Screen Function Keys
Enter
Displays new record when new data is entered in a key field.
Tab
Moves to the next active field when entering data.
PF2 - UPD
Edits the data on the screen. Highlights each field that is in error. If one
or more fields are invalid, displays an error message on the screen. Once
errors are cleared, posts data to the database.
PF4 - RESOURCE
Displays the TPL Resource screen.
PF6 - RTRN
Returns to the previous screen.
PF7 - BKWD
Scrolls backward to the previous dependents. If there are fewer than 6 dependents
for the Absent Parent SSN, a message will appear on the screen.
PF8 - FRWD
Scrolls forward to display the next 6 dependents for the Absent Parent SSN.
If fewer than 6 dependents are remaining, the remaining are displayed.
The 7th dependent's key is stored as the starting point.
PF12 - EXIT
Returns to the TPL Menu.
PF13 - CLEAR
Clears the screen and allows user to enter new data.
PF15 - REFRESH
Refreshes the data in the screen with recent data from the database. If
key fields in the screen are changed, the processing is started for
the new key fields.
PF19 - CASE BKWD
Scrolls backward to the previous Absent Parent record.
PF20 - CASE FRWD
Scrolls forward to the next Absent Parent record.
The VaMMIS is a mainframe data processing environment using standard Customer Information Control System (CICS) screen navigation and function choice options.

Tab - Moves to the next active field when entering data.
Enter - Sends your command to the system.
Perform
Function (PF) Keys
You can use the standard PF
key combinations from your keyboard for any screen navigation or command.
PF keys correspond to the F1 - F12 function keys on the top row of your
keyboard. The active PF keys are listed on the bottom of each screen, below
the MSG (Messages) area.
Using
PF Keys F13-F25
For PF keys greater than F12,
you have to combine the shift key with the PF keys.
PF13 (shift + F1)
PF14 (shift + F2)
PF15 (shift + F3)
PF16 (shift + F4)
PF17 (shift + F5)
PF18 (shift + F6)
PF19 (shift + F7)
PF20 (shift + F8)
PF21 (shift + F9)
PF22 (shift + F10)
PF23 (shift + F11)
PF24 (shift + F12)

If you want to view the TPL Summary (PF16)
1. Hold down the 'Shift' (equals F12) key
2. Press the 'F4' key. (F12 + F4 invokes F16
