Spend Down Maintenance Screen Function Keys
Enter
Displays new record when new data is entered in a key field.
Tab
Moves to the next active field when entering data.
PF2 - UPDATE
Command to save information entered in a create or update screen.
PF3 - SEARCH
Displays the Spend Down Search screen.
PF7 - BKWD
Command to view the previous page of spend down expenditures for an individual
during the displayed budget unit effective dates. If this key is pressed,
and there are no more expenditures for the time period, a message will
appear.
PF8 - FRWD
Command to view the next page of spend down expenditures for an individual
during the displayed budget unit effective dates. If this key is pressed,
and there are no more expenditures for the time period, a
message
will appear.
PF12 - EXIT
Returns to the Recipient Subsystem Menu.
PF17 - PREV ID
Command to view the expenditures of the previous spend
down ID within a budget unit time period or to view the expenditures of the
spend down ID's previous
budget unit. If this key is pressed, and there is no more information,
a message will appear. Not applicable if both a specific spend down ID
and budget unit were entered.
PF18 - NEXT ID
Command to view the expenditures of the next spend down ID within a budget
unit time period or to view the expenditures of the spend down ID's previous
budget unit. If this key is pressed, and there is no more information,
a message will appear. Not applicable if both a specific spend down ID
and budget unit were entered.
PF19 - PREV DATES
Command to view the previous period of spend down expenditures for the budget
unit. If this key is pressed, and there are no more spend down time periods,
a message will appear. If a spend down ID was entered, time periods not
containing the individual will be bypasssed.
PF20 - NEXT DATES
Command to view the next period of spend down expenditures for the budget
unit. If this key is pressed, and there are no more spend down time periods,
a message will appear. If a spend down ID was entered, time periods not
containing the individual will be bypassed.
The VaMMIS is a mainframe data processing environment using standard Customer Information Control System (CICS) screen navigation and function choice options.

Tab - Moves to the next active field when entering data.
Enter - Sends your command to the system.
Perform
Function (PF) Keys
You can use the standard PF
key combinations from your keyboard for any screen navigation or command.
PF keys correspond to the F1 - F12 function keys on the top row of your
keyboard. The active PF keys are listed on the bottom of each screen, below
the MSG (Messages) area.
Using
PF Keys F13-F25
For PF keys greater than F12,
you have to combine the shift key with the PF keys.
PF13 (shift + F1)
PF14 (shift + F2)
PF15 (shift + F3)
PF16 (shift + F4)
PF17 (shift + F5)
PF18 (shift + F6)
PF19 (shift + F7)
PF20 (shift + F8)
PF21 (shift + F9)
PF22 (shift + F10)
PF23 (shift + F11)
PF24 (shift + F12)
For example:
If you want to view the TPL Summary (PF16)
1. Hold down the 'Shift' (equals F12) key
2. Press the 'F4' key. (F12 + F4 invokes F16)
