Monthly Discrepancy Report from SSA

This report identifies enrollees who have BENDEX and Medicare Premium Payment discrepancies. The report lists each individual record that encountered a processing discrepancy and identifies the error condition. The report also displays total errors by type, broken down by caseworker locality, region, and state.
