This report reflects detailed information on enrollees for use by local welfare office caseworkers. The report reflects changes to eligibility and enrollment initiated by a user via the online system.

CID reports are automatically generated and sent to the caseworker when a change is made by a person other than the caseworker assigned to the case, or when an online request for a CID is entered.
