Managed Care Assignment Screen

This section describes each field on the Managed Care Assignment screen. This screen is accessed through the Managed Care Main Menu. This screen is 'Inquiry Only' for DSS users.

This screen is used by the Managed Care Section to view pre-assignments and current or past assignments to PCP or HMO providers. The Recipient Monitoring Unit uses the screen to enter the assignment of an enrollee to a Client Medical Management (CMM) provider and to maintain the CMM assignments. Both assignments and assignments will appear on this screen. The Status code is used to distinguish between pre-assignments and assignments for managed care.
