Enter
Command to edit data entered. When a search is initiated, displays the Enrollee Search Results screen

Tab
Moves to the next active field when entering data.

PF4 - DEMOGR
Displays the Demographics screen. Only applicable for functions 'Change' and 'Inquiry' with Enrollee Enrollment Type. An enrollee number must be present.

PF9 - ELIG
Displays the Eligibility Data Screen. Only applicable for functions 'Change', 'Inquiry', 'Reinstate', and 'Cancel' with Enrollee Enrollment Type. An enrollee number must be present.

PF10 - TDO
Displays the Temporary Detention Order screen. Only applicable for functions 'Change' and 'Inquiry' with Enrollee Enrollment Type. An enrollee number must be present.

PF11 - FIN
Displays the Enrollee Financials screen. Only applicable for functions 'Change' and 'Inquiry' with Enrollee Enrollment Type. An enrollee number must be present.

PF12 - EXIT
Returns to the Recipient Subsystem Menu.

PF14 - CASE
Displays the Case Data screen. Only applicable for functions 'Change' and 'Inquiry' with Case Enrollment Type. A case number must be present.

PF16 - TPL SUM
Displays the TPL Summary screen. Only applicable for functions 'Change' and 'Inquiry' with Enrollee Enrollment Type. A case number must be present.

PF17 - ID XREF
Displays the Enrollee Cross Reference screen. Not applicable when an Enrollee Tyep option is chosen. An enrollee number must be present.

PF18 - OVERRIDE
Command button to bypass Enrollee duplicate checking. Only applicable with 'Enrollee' or 'Enrollee and Case' Enrollment Type and function 'Add', and if operator has the proper security.

 

VaMMIS Navigation

The VaMMIS is a mainframe data processing environment using standard Customer Information Control System (CICS) screen navigation and function choice options.

Standard Keyboard Function Keys

Tab - Moves to the next active field when entering data.

Enter - Sends your command to the system.

Perform Function (PF) Keys
You can use the standard PF key combinations from your keyboard for any screen navigation or command. PF keys correspond to the F1 - F12 function keys on the top row of your keyboard. The active PF keys are listed on the bottom of each screen, below the MSG (Messages) area.

Using PF Keys F13-F25
For PF keys greater than F12, you have to combine the shift key with the PF keys.

PF13 (shift + F1)
PF14 (shift + F2)
PF15 (shift + F3)
PF16 (shift + F4)

PF17 (shift + F5)
PF18 (shift + F6)
PF19 (shift + F7)
PF20 (shift + F8)
PF21 (shift + F9)

PF22 (shift + F10)
PF23 (shift + F11)
PF24 (shift + F12)

For example: If you want to view the TPL Summary (PF16)
1. Hold down the 'Shift' (equals F12) key
2. Press the 'F4' key. (F12 + F4 invokes F16
