Enrollment Menu Field Access Codes

Field Access Codes are included at the end of the description for each field. This code quickly tells you the status of the field. The table below describes each of the Field Access Codes.

C - Conditional
Field data may be required under certain conditions but not required under others. The field defination will explain the conditions.

O - Optional
Field data is not required to perform the function or transaction.

P - Protected
The field contains data that is generated by the system. You cannot delete the data or enter other data in the field.

R - Required
You must enter data in the field to complete a function or transaction.

U - Unprotected
The field will accept entry of data.
