Enrollee Demographics Screen

This screen is accessed through the Enrollment Menu. It displays the enrollee's demographic information. Entry fields are protected for transactions other than an Enrollee Create, Update, or Reinstate. Navigation to other screens will only be allowed if the proper operator security is present.
