Level of Care Screen
The Level of Care screen allows you to view Level of Care information with or without a related Assessment in the Assessment Segment Table. As a DSS user, you have access to this screen in inquiry mode only. This screen is accessed from the Assessment Maintenance Menu.
Select the fields listed to the left for detailed information about this screen.
