Level of Care Screen Function Keys
Enter
Displays a new record when new data is entered in a key field.
Tab
Moves to the next active field when entering data.
PF2 - UPDATE
Not functional in Inquiry mode.
PF4 - NAME SRCH
Displays the Enrollee Search Results screen.
PF6 - RTRN
Returns to the previous screen.
PF7 - BKWD
Command button to view the previous page of Level of Care data associated
with a specific enrollee.
PF8 - FWD
Command button to view the next page of Level of Care data associated with
a specific enrollee.
PF9 - VIEW ENROLLEE
Displays the Enrollee Demographics screen for the enrollee shown on the LOC
screen.
PF10 - DEL LOC
Not functional in Inquiry mode.
PF11 - VIEW ASMT
Not available for DSS users.
PF12 - EXIT
Returns to the Assessment Maintenance Menu.
PF13 - CLEAR
Command button clears the data in the screen and allows the user to enter new
data.
PF15 - REFRESH
Command button to refresh the screen with updated information (if any) from
the database. If this button is clicked with fields (SSN, Enrollee ID,
ACN) changed, it processes the program for the changed values. If fields
are not changed, it brings the recent information from the database for
the same values.
PF16 - VIEW PA
Not functional in Inquiry mode.
The VaMMIS is a mainframe data processing environment using standard Customer Information Control System (CICS) screen navigation and function choice options.

Tab - Moves to the next active field when entering data.
Enter - Sends your command to the system.
Perform
Function (PF) Keys
You can use the standard PF
key combinations from your keyboard for any screen navigation or command.
PF keys correspond to the F1 - F12 function keys on the top row of your
keyboard. The active PF keys are listed on the bottom of each screen, below
the MSG (Messages) area.
Using PF Keys PF13 - PF25
For PF keys greater than F12,
you have to combine the shift key with the PF keys.
PF13 (shift + F1)
PF14 (shift + F2)
PF15 (shift + F3)
PF16 (shift + F4)
PF17 (shift + F5)
PF18 (shift + F6)
PF19 (shift + F7)
PF20 (shift + F8)
PF21 (shift + F9)
PF22 (shift + F10)
PF23 (shift + F11)
PF24 (shift + F12)
For example:
If you want to view the TPL Summary (PF16)
1. Hold down the 'Shift' (equals F12) key
2. Press the 'F4' key. (F12 + F4 invokes F16)
