Assessment Maintenance Menu Field Access Codes
Field Access Codes are included with the description for each field. This code quickly tells you the status of the field. The table below describes each of the Field Access Codes.
Field data may be required under certain conditions
but not required under others. The field definition will explain the conditions.
Field data is not required to perform the function
or transaction.
The field contains data that is generated by the
system. You cannot delete the data or enter other data in the field.
You must enter data in the field to complete a function
or transaction.
The field will accept entry of data.
