Established in 1990, VISSTA has proven itself a leader in managing development and delivery of dynamic training for state and local VDSS employees. VCU-VISSTA is committed to helping you make a difference. Our approach to training integrates instructor led training (ILT) with highly engaging, online/web based training to provide an effective path to employee skills development. ILT courses are offered in local communities and five Area Training Centers throughout the state.
