Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) Positive Behavior Support initiatives are designed to provide training to collaborative teams of individuals, family members, educators, providers, and other community members who support individuals with disabilities who exhibit challenging behavior. Partnership for People with Disabilities's primary PBS initiative is a matchmaker companion to the Together We Can project and provides training and technical assistance to children (birth to 22) who have dual sensory impairments (deafblindness). (Funded jointly by the US Department of Education and the Virginia Department of Education.) Major Activities
