Health Status Indicators Reports
A Web-based snapshot of health status (1988 - 1998) in all US counties,
including causes of deaths, infectious diseases, teen mothers, and a
host of other indicators from existing national data sets. Funded by
HHS Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and produced
in collaboration with the National Association of County and City Health
Officials (NACCHO), the National Association of State and Territorial
Health Officials (ASTHO) and the Public Health Foundation (PHF).
