VCURES Speaks at HPSN Conference 2002:

Dr. Marsh Cuttino, VCURES Director for Simulation and Medical Informatics was selected to provide two presentations at the Human Patient Simulator Network (HPSN) 2002 Conference in St.Petersburg Florida. The HPSN Conference is the premier user's conference on medical simulation providing state of the art sessions in human simulation technology and uses. The conference is sponsored by METI, the world's leader in physiologically based human medical simulation (http://www.meti.com/home.html). Dr. Cuttino led several advanced workshops including development of advanced resuscitation scenarios incorporating the new Advanced Cardiac Life Support pharmacologic agent amiodarone, and creation of emergency medicine scenarios for METI's new Emergency Care Simulator (ECS).
