VCU Mail Anywhere is a Web interface for faculty and staff to access their VCU Lotus Notes email and calendar from a browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. VCU Mail Anywhere requires a Notes account and a Java-enabled browser. It is not necessary to configure your browser to access your mail or calendar. VCU Mail Anywhere runs on multiple servers for redundancy.
All faculty and staff who use Lotus Notes should be using Lotus Notes 8.5.1. The new client features threaded email conversations, in-line spell checking, Day At-A-Glance view and many more new features. If you have not upgraded your client software, please contact your department IT support or the VCU helpIT Center at (804) 828-2227 for more information. Please visit ts.vcu.edu/askit/2222.html for additional faculty/staff email information.
