SGS to meet in Richmond
The Southern Gerontological Society (SGS) will hold its 31st Annual meeting at The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond,
Wednesday, April 7th to Saturday, April 10th, in 2010. The meeting theme is Applied Gerontology as Community
Engagement.
SGS's annual meeting attracts academics, policy makers, providers in heath care, social services, and other
direct services, and others committed to the quality of later life. The Society aims to bridge and interconnect
researchers, educators, and practitioners, with the annual meeting being a focal point for interactions. SGS will
