Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the VCU Urology Clinic, Jenna Brand, MS, RN, CPNP provides care for children with urinary incontinence and other genitourinary issues, with a special focus on the evaluation and management of school-age children who have voiding dysfunction, daytime incontinence, and nocturnal enuresis. Mrs. Brand works closely with our pediatric patients and their families in order to provide support and education in the treatment of both acute and chronic urologic issues.
Prior to receiving a post-master’s degree in Nursing from University of Virginia’s Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program in 2001, Mrs. Brand graduated with honors from VCU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
Jenna also attended James Madison University where she completed her undergraduate education in psychology. In addition to serving as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for Bon Secours Care-A-Van outreach program, Mrs. Brand’s background includes maternal, newborn, and pediatric nursing at St. Mary’s Hospital, pediatric home health care, and neonatal intensive care experience.
