Brain Injury Association – Founded in 1993, the
International Brain Injury Association is dedicated to providing
international leadership and advancing opportunities and successes
for persons with brain injury.

IRSC Web site is dedicated to children with disabilities and
other health-related disorders worldwide.

Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research – NIDRR's programmatic efforts are aimed at
improving the lives of individuals with disabilities from

Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke –
The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke
(NINDS) conducts and supports research on brain and nervous
system disorders. Current and past research studies are summarized
so that professionals and families can have a better understanding
of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of neurological disorders,
including brain injury in children.

America, UCP's mission is to advance the independence, productivity
and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy and other
disabilities, through its commitment to the principles of
independence, inclusion and self-determination.
VCU
National Resource Center for Traumatic Brain Injury –
The mission of the National Resource Center for Traumatic
Brain Injury is to provide relevant, practical information
for professionals, persons with brain injury, and family members.
Many of its products were developed by nationally recognized
experts. It has more than 20 years of experience developing
intervention programs, assessment tools, and investigating
the special needs and problems of people with brain injury
and their families.
