The Freshman Parent Council is the volunteer Executive Board of the Freshman Parent Association. It is a group of 10 to 25 parents who serve as resources for other freshman parents and advisors to the Freshman Parent Association's coordinator (associate dean of the University College). Council members attend and conduct the association's general and planning meetings and serve on university committees as requested. Members of the council will serve on subcommittees, such as new student programming, safety, fund raising, VCU Fall fest, Admissions activities, etc.
