Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE)

Programs delivered through the Family and Consumer Sciences specialty area are designed to help families establish and/or improve their economic self-sufficiency by learning how to make effective economic decisions, including learning to pay bills on time, establish and effectively use credit, reduce debt, and plan for financial emergencies.
