- Turn LEFT onto W FRANKLIN ST.
NOTES: W. FRANKLIN ST. will change to E. FRANKLIN ST. at the intersection of E. FRANKLIN ST. and FOUSHEE ST. - Merge onto I-95 N toward RICHMOND
- Merge onto DOWNTOWN EXPRESSWAY/VA-195 W/I-195 N via EXIT 74A toward I-195 (Portions toll $0.25)

- Merge RIGHT from exit onto W CANAL ST.

2 Hour on street parking is available. A pay parking lot, located behind the building, it can be entered from FOUSHEE ST. or E. GRACE ST. Cost is $3.00
