Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

VCU will be migrating from the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Electronic Data Interchange program which allows for the electronic exchange of payments. We recognize the importance of electronic payments to our vendors and suppliers and are partnering with Wachovia Bank and SunGard AvantGard to continue electronic payments. We are asking our vendors to enroll in the PayNetExchange program for electronic deposit to your bank so that payments may continue to be made electronically. Failure to register will result in the issuance of checks to your company rather than electronic payments effective July 1, 2009.

PayNetExchange will deliver our payments by Direct Deposit into your bank account and will offer a host of features including on-line detail of check backup, your recent payment history and email notification of deposits.
