The following conference registration fees are in effect if paid before April 15 2006:

The full registration fees:

• $375 for persons whose proposals are accepted for presentation (includes students presenting papers at regular sessions), and for persons attending the symposium without presenting.

The full conference registration fee covers:

• All program materials;

• Reception on Wednesday night;

• Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday;

• Banquet on Friday night

• Coffee breaks for all the days containing sessions;

• In addition, each person paying full conference fees will receive a CD with the full proceedings and a copy of Selected Papers from the Symposium.

The special registration fees include:

• $100 for full-time students presenting poster sessions

• $100 for full-time students not presenting poster sessions

The special registration fee covers:

• all program materials

• coffee breaks for all the days containing sessions

Special programs fees:

• The conference will also be offering hands-on workshops. Attendance is limited to ensure maximum interactivity among participants. Most workshops will be free of charge.

• On Sunday, June 4 the participants will have the opportunity to chose among several side excursions. They are detailed in the section "Side Excursions"

• Virginia Friday and Virginia Saturday

To enable more Virginia residents to participate at the conference, a special one-day registration fee of $100 has been established. This fee, for Friday, June 2 or for Saturday, June 3, is available to any Virginia resident. Note, however, that persons presenting papers must pay the full conference fee.

The Virginia Friday or Saturday fee covers:

• all Friday or all Saturday program materials

• the lunch and coffee breaks on Friday or Saturday

All of the above fees must be paid on or before April 15 2006. After April 15, the fee for all registrants will be $450.

Refund Policy

• Full refunds will be available providing a letter of cancellation is received on or before April 15 2006. Cancellations received between April 15 and May 1 will be assessed a $35 service charge. No refunds will be granted after May 1  2006.
