Text Box: Exhibit Hall Information The North American site of the symposium will be held at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. The exhibits will be in the School of Engineering, The dates and times of the Exhibition are: Move In: Thursday June 1,  10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Show Hours: Thursday, June 1 2006,  2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 2 2006, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Move Out: Saturday, June 3, 2006: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. While the Conference will use reasonable efforts to maintain the location, dates, times and floor plans of the Exhibition, the Conference reserves the right to change any of these at any time and for any reason whatsoever without liability.   Timeline Registration Deadline April 15, 2006 Fee Deadline April 15, 2006 Mailing Labels & Promotional Material April 15, 2006     Registration Please click here for the Exhibitor Registration form. Mailing Labels and Promotional Material Each exhibiting company is entitled to one set of The Symposium attendee labels including the most current list of pre-registered attendees. These labels may be used in a one-time mailing to promote your participation in the Conference; however, your promotional materials must be sent with your request and your piece must be pre-approved by The Symposium. Upon approval we will ship you the labels. The deadline for your request is April 1, 2006.
