When making reservations, identify yourself as a participant at the NAESA symposium 2006. After the allotted number of rooms have been filled, or after April 30, 2006 for Crowne Plaza and Radisson hotels and April 28 for Linden Row Inn, whichever comes first, rooms at the hotels will be subject to availability at negotiated rates.
