Research Curriculum Faculty Research Faculty Back to Structural Biology Homepage

In addition to the faculty listed below, coordinated research projects between other faculty and the structural biology faculty are common and encouraged. Active research areas include studies of vitamin-B6 and folate-requiring enzymes, rational design of hemoglobin modulators, molecular model building structure-function studies, RNA structure studies, DNA and RNA-binding proteins, protein and nucleic acid methylases, lipoprotein structure, proteinase inhibitors, retroviral proteins, new antibiotic targets.
