How To Apply

To request a VCU SportsCenter application, please do one of the following:

1. Download the application from this site. Print out and complete all forms and mail them to the address below.

2. Call 804/828-7821 and leave your name, address, and telephone number. An application will be mailed to you immediately.

3. Send your name and mailing address with a written request for information to:
