VCU Children's Medical Center

The VCU Children’s Medical Center, celebrating 85 years of pediatric health care, is the only full-service pediatric health care facility in Central Virginia.  The staff is devoted to providing child-centered comprehensive pediatric health care, educational experiences in all aspects of pediatric medicine and research initiatives that influence the lives of children in the community.

The pediatric team consists of primary care physicians, specialists, surgeons, therapists and ancillary medical staff.  In addition, the facility provides more than 30 pediatric specialties and services, from well-child visits to the management of diabetes to the treatment of childhood cancer.
