Intercultrual Festival

As one of the most diverse college campuses around, there’s a lot of culture to be celebrated here at VCU. The Intercultural Festival has been held for more than 10 years, but really picked up steam in 2002 and now involves more than 30 student cultural organizations and attracts thousands of festival-goers from the entire Richmond community. This all-day outdoor event is held on the Monroe Park Campus each spring and features performances, exhibits, VCU student art shows, international cuisine from area restaurants, fashion shows, parades, dance lessons and children’s activities.
