Duties:

It is the duty of the SGA Secretary to maintain and appropriately file an accurate record of all Student Government and Student Body meetings, while also notifying each Association member of these upcoming meetings. The Secretary is also responsible for providing Association members with access to minutes from previous meetings as well as agendas for initiated meetings. Finally, the Secretary is to maintain an active list of all Association members and ensure proper distribution of SGA information to the Student Body.
