Conservatory
The conservatory, or Pompeian room as the family called it, is where the Scotts had breakfast. The classical imagery of followers of the Roman god Bacchus circles the room in the plaster frieze. A stained-glass skylight with ivy design illuminates above and complements the ivy found in the bay windows. Marble ferneries were shaped especially to fit the room.
