  1. Why did you choose Virginia Commonwealth University?

  2. Describe the process you took to determine your major.

  3. Describe or explain a situation where you had to persuade a group to follow your lead.
    How did you do this and what was the outcome?

  4. Do your grades accurately reflect your ability?

  5. Which college classes did you like the best/least and why?

  6. Give me an example when you had to deal whith a conflict when working on a team.
    What was the situation? What was the outcome?

  7. How do you spend your free time?

  8. Give me an example of a time when you had to make a quick decision. State an example of when it worked well and when it did not work well.

  9. What do you consider to be your major strengths?

  10. Can you name some weaknesses?

  11. Give me an example of a time when you had to solve a problem. What was the specific problem and how did you go about solving the problem?
