The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond Interagency Coordinating Council is the body responsible for the ongoing implementation of the Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond—the City of Richmond’s early intervention system for infants and toddlers (0-36 months) with developmental delays or disabilities and their families.  The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond has been developed and established in accordance with Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Council participants include:

  • Parents of children with developmental delays or disabilities
  • Public and private providers of early intervention services
  • Other interested parties

Council meetings are typically held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  Several meetings each year are scheduled in the evening to accommodate families and encourage their participation.  Please consult the calendar for meeting dates and times.
