On Friday, July 16, Doug Domenech, Secretary of Natural Resources; Maureen Matsen, Assistant Secretary of Natural Resources; and the Energy Policy Adviser to the Governor along with some of their staff visited the VCU Rice Center. The Department of Game and Inland Fisheries joined the group for the boat ride to the artificial sturgeon reef in the James River.
