Who is insured: All employees and students of
Virginia Commonwealth University are insured from the first day of
class or employment while acting under the direction of the University
and within the scope of their University assigned duties. This
includes students enrolled in clinical programs such as psychology,
social work and nursing, whether on or off campus, when the clinical
experience is a part of the course requirements.
Limits: $1,800,000 for each medical incident
