Foreign Travel Liability

Who is insured: All employees and students* while acting on behalf of and under the direction of the University.

Where you are covered: Anywhere in the world except the United States, its territories
and possessions, Puerto Rico and any country or jurisdiction which is currently the subject of trade or economic sanctions imposed by the laws and regulations of the United States.

What is covered:
Wrongful acts or omissions for which you are legally liable.
Applicable Worker’s Compensation Benefits for employees if no other coverage is available.
Executive Assistance Services which include emergency medical, personal, travel and security assistance for employees.

Limits of Liability:
$ 2,000,000 per occurrence for general liability
$ 10,000 medical payments (to third parties)
$ 2,000,000 automobile liability (hired and non-owned autos)
$ 1,000,000 employers liability
$ 500,000 Medical Assistance Services*
