All applicants

Fill out the following supplemental prerequisite form so we can match the courses you want to count as prerequisites. Once finished, print out the form and mail it with the other materials and application fee.

For Virginia residents please complete the In-state Tuition Form. This PDF form can be filled out electronically. Once finished, print out the form and mail it to us along with the supplemental prerequisite application form and the supplemental application fee.

 • Virginia in-state tuition form [PDF]

For out of state residents, please submit a supplemental essay that addresses the following question along with the supplemental prerequisite form and the supplemental application fee.
