Purchasing Apple Computer Products

Departments may purchase Apple Computer products from Online@VCU or directly from Apple Computer up to $30,000.00, provided that any request over $7,500.00 has been pre-approved by the area technology representative. The Apple Computer, Inc. contract number is UVA-VC- 0501-00 and should be referenced on your on-line purchase order. Apple orders over $30,000.00 must be processed by University Purchasing.

In addition, faculty, staff and students may use the contract for personal purchases. Prices are the same for institutional or personal purchases; however, faculty, staff and student purchasers will be required to pay any sales or use tax required under state or local law.
