The form below must be used to request all VCU Campus and special event security coverage.

This form is used to request all VCU Campus and special event security coverage needs. There is a minimum of 3 hours coverage per event. The rate for Police Officer coverage is $36/hour per officer. The rate for Security Guard coverage is $14.50/hour per guard. For events with alcohol present, Police Officer coverage is mandatory.

Please complete the form below in its entirety. Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the event to guarantee coverage. Cancellation of coverage must be received at least 3 days prior to the event. Once a request is received and coverage has been secured, a confirmation email will be sent.
