 25th Anniversary “Linking People, Changing Lives” Awards

As part of the Partnership for People with Disabilities’ 25th Anniversary celebration, we hope to recognize, honor, and celebrate people who have made significant contributions  to making us what we are today. We will honor up to three individuals at our 25th Anniversary party on October 8th.  Nominations for the awards may be made by current Partnership employees only.  Nominations will be reviewed by an internal group of Partnership staff.

Criteria for Consideration
  • The nominee has collaborated with the Partnership and supports our work
  • The nominee has created positive changes on behalf of individuals with disabilities and/or their families in a tangible way
  • The nominee has demonstrated a commitment to the Partnership some time in the past 25 years and/or will help the Partnership move forward for the next 25 years
  • The nominee supports the mission and values of the Partnership
  • The nominee is not currently employed by the Partnership (but may be an employee of VCU)

Process for Submitting Nomination

If you would like to nominate someone who fits the criteria, please complete the nomination form and submit (via email attachment, campus mail, or in mailbox) by February 26, 2010. The winners will be announced publicly at the event on October 8, 2010.  Please call or write Molly Dellinger-Wray (804-828-6926; mdwray@vcu.edu) with questions.
