Directions and ParkingDirections to Partnership for People with Disabilities From East: I-64 to Richmond. At I-64 Exit 190, bear left towards I-95/5th Street/
Downtown Coliseum. Keep right and follow 5th Street to Broad Street.
Left on Broad Street for three blocks to 8th Street. Right on 8th and
proceed to parking garage on the right between Grace and Franklin Streets.
Ask attendant for directions to 7th Street entrance to the building.
From West and North: Follow I-95 South to Exit 75 (I-64 East to Williamsburg/Norfolk.) Bear to right and exit ramp right onto 3rd Street. Follow 3rd Street to Broad Street. Turn left on Broad Street and follow to 8th Street. Right on 8th and proceed to parking garage on the right between Grace and Franklin Streets. Ask attendant for directions to 7th Street entrance to the building. From South: Follow I-95 North to Exit 74 C, exit right onto ramp towards Broad Street. Turn right on Broad Street and proceed to 8th Street. Left on 8th Street and proceed to parking garage on the right between Grace and Franklin Streets. Ask attendant for directions to 7th Street entrance to the building. ParkingParking is available in the 700 Centre Public Parking Deck, directly north of the building. The deck's entrance is on 8th Street between E. Grace Street and E. Franklin Street. Drive in, take a ticket, and park on any level except the first, which is reserved parking. If you park in a “stacked” parking area (designed for parking two cars, one in front of the other), leave your key above the visor and leave your car unlocked or leave the key with the attendant. This is a secure lot, managed by professional, and tended by a parking attendant. Bring your ticket with you, and it will be validated if you are on official business. To enter the building, take the elevator in the parking deck to the first floor, (you will be facing the 7th street exit when you come out of the elevator). Travel outside and around to the front of the building on Franklin Street. Enter the door marked 700 Center, follow the hallway to the left (across from the annex elevators) to the tower foyer, the elevators will be on your right. Take the elevator to the 10th floor, which is the entrance to Partnership. Additional parking:
