The Virginia Department of Education assists school divisions in understanding the Virginia Code
and Regulations regarding local SEACs and insures through each division's Annual
Plan that every school division has an operational local SEAC. For information or

The Center for Family Involvement at the Partnership for People with Disabilities at VCU is committed to supporting local SEACs. - support
- on-going discussion about educational issues
- sharing information
- planning joint training events
