By registering for the Pathways to Possibilities Conference 2008, you are giving the Partnership for People with Disabilities the right and authority to use reproducti ons of your image through the media of photographic prints, films, slides, videotape, computer images, sound records, radio, television or other electronic or paper media. You also give consent to the use of your name in connection herewith.
Registration fees cover all conference materials, continental breakfast all three days, boxed lunches and snacks. Wednesday and Thursday, and sit-down luncheon on Friday.
