In Virginia, the Virginia Guide By Your Side Program is funded by the Virginia Department of Health’s Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Program and the Virginia Department of Education. It is coordinated by parents at the Partnership for People with Disabilities at Virginia Commonwealth University and the Blue Ridge Care Connection for Children.
