From East:

I-64 to Richmond. At I-64 Exit 190, bear left towards I-95/5th Street/ Downtown Coliseum. Keep right and follow 5th Street to Broad Street. Left on Broad Street for three blocks to 8th Street. Right on 8th and proceed to parking garage on the right between Grace and Franklin Streets. Ask attendant for directions to 7th Street entrance to the building.

From West and North:

Follow I-95 South to Exit 74 C, exit right onto ramp towards Broad Street. Turn right on Broad Street and proceed to 8th Street. Left on 8th Street and proceed to parking garage on the right between Grace and Franklin Streets. Ask attendant for directions to 7th Street entrance to the building.

From South:

Follow I-95 North to Exit 74 C, exit right onto ramp towards Broad Street. Turn right on Broad Street and proceed to 8th Street. Left on 8th Street and proceed to parking garage on the right between Grace and Franklin Streets. Ask attendant for directions to 7th Street entrance to the building.

From Powhite Parkway/Downtown Expressway I-195:

Stop for toll booth. Toll is currently fifty cents. Stay on I-195 East for 1.2 miles. Take 7th/9th St. exit ramp. Stay in left lane. Turn left on 7th Street. Follow 7th St. across E. Franklin St. and entrance to parking deck will be the first street entrance on right.

Parking

Parking is available in the 700 Centre Public Parking Deck, directly north of the building. The deck's entrance is on 8th Street between E. Grace Street and E. Franklin Street. Drive in, take a ticket, and park on any level except the first, which is reserved parking. If you park in a “stacked” parking area (designed for parking two cars, one in front of the other), leave your key above the visor and leave your car unlocked or leave the key with the attendant. This is a secure lot, managed by professional, and tended by a parking attendant. Bring your ticket with you, and it will be validated if you are on official business.

To enter the building, take the elevator in the parking deck to the first level. Travel outside and around to the front of the building on Franklin Street. Enter the door marked 700 Centre, follow the hallway to the left (across from the annex elevators) to the tower foyer. The elevators are on your right. Take the elevator to the 10th floor, which is the entrance to the Partnership.

Additional parking:

• Limited metered parking available between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on 7th Street, 8th Street and Franklin Street
• Two additional pay-per-use parking lots are on 7th Street at the corners of Franklin Street and Grace Street and Franklin and 7th Street.
